Questions to Ask Current Franchisees
1)How much does your franchise gross per year? How much does
it net? Are the procedures followed to make royalty payments to the franchisee
troublesome?

2)Are the financial projections of revenues, expenses, and
profits that the franchisor provided me accurate in your judgement?
No.
3)Does the franchisor give you enough assistance in
operating your business?
I Think Is Enough
4)How many hours, on average, do you work a week?
10 Hours Per Day, 7 Day Per Week.
5)How often do you get a vacation?
Once Every Year.
A Franchise Evaluation Checklist
1. Are you qualified to operate a franchise successfully? Do
you have adequate drive, skills, experience, education, patience and financial
capacity? Are you prepared to work hard?
I do prepared to work hard. But in skills and experience, i
do not think i am ready.
2.Can you tolerate the financial risk? Would business
failure wipe you out financially?
I believe every business have its own risk. And preparing to
face it is the most important part i think.
3.Are you genuinely interested in the product or service you
will be selling? Do you enjoy this kind of business? Do you like to sell?
Yes I Do.
4. Do you enjoy working with and managing people? Are you a
“team player”?
I Dont Consider Myself A Team Player, I Prefer Team Leader.
5. Will the business generate enough profit to suit you?
Yes, Eventually

1. Is the product or service safe and reputable?
Staffs are trained before they officially work in the shop. So
everything stay professional and safe.
2. Is the franchise international, national, regional, or
local in scope? Does it involve full- or part-time involvement?
It’s international.
3. How many franchises have failed? Why?
I think so far there are no franchises failed. Even in
perlis malaysia, one of the state with less population, the franchises there
are still working good.
4.How many franchise have left the system within the past
year? What were the reasons for leaving?
I do not think they are any.

the business?
So far, everything is good. But sometimes, some customers
are really...( smile )

you run the franchise?
They have given me many helpful information to let me start
this business.

So far there aren't so much problem. But i think the biggest
problem is during fasting month, the income of the business decreased by quite
a big amount.
